Relationships with Proprietary Providers
Our advisors have exclusive access to health insurance providers that specialize in benefits plans for Indigenous communities and organizations.
Band Member Plans
We can help design and implement coverage for band members on and off the reserve – a unique feature not offered by all providers.
Wellness Programs
We work with several providers to deliver employee assistance plans (EAPs) tailored to the unique wellness needs of your Indigenous group, including culturally relevant offerings.
Retirement Savings
We offer retirement savings plans regulated by OSFI and BCFSA that will provide tax-exempt income for status employees working on reserve.
Chief Council Benefit Coverage & Retirement Plans / Tax-Free Savings Plan
We partner with select carriers that offer this coverage. Please note that this is not available through all providers.
FNHA / NIHB Benefits Coordination
We ensure that benefits are correctly coordinated with First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) / Non Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) for status individuals to provide cost savings to you as an employer and to your employees.
Band Employee Benefits Funding
We help make sure your plans are set up correctly to ensure you receive BEB Funding.
Taxation
We’ll work with you to ensure your plans are tax-exempt in accordance with government regulations.
