Credit card payments via InsurePay

For your convenience, we offer a self-service payment option through InsurePay, our third-party provider. With online payments through InsurePay, you have control over how and when you want to pay. Payments will be applied directly to your Acera Insurance account.

Please note: InsurePay charges a 2.97% administration fee per transaction. The premium portion of the payment will appear as Acera Insurance Services and the fee portion will appear as www.insurepay.com on your credit card statement.

Pay online or with telephone banking

You can pay your Acera Insurance invoice for your insurance premiums using most major financial institutions’ online and telephone banking.
Use your 10 digit Account Number (removing any dashes or special characters), located at the top right corner of the invoice

Invoice Payment

If you’ve received an invoice from your insurance company, you can pay your insurance premiums directly on their website. Please select the insurance provider to be directed to their payment pages. If the provider is not listed here, please refer to the invoice provided by your insurance company for payment information.
