Our Enterprise Risk Management Services
Risk Control Surveys
This method of gathering information that can be critical towards underwriting a risk. As risk control surveys are used to identify potential hazards to the business, we can use this information to try and reduce the exposure or outright eliminate the threat to the operations. This helps prevent a loss from occurring in the first place.
Risk Control Representation
When an insurance company requests a risk control survey, it may result in a few recommendations to improve your operations such as removing hazards or reducing accident exposure. We can review these recommendations and advise how best to achieve compliance by liaising directly with insurers on your behalf.
Building Valuations
We’ll conduct an on-site visit and utilize a trusted building valuation software (Corelogic Commercial Express) to calculate the probable reconstruction costs of your commercial building in the event of a total loss scenario. This helps gauge whether your current coverage is within an acceptable limit and meets the standard co-insurance clause.
Infrared Thermography
Using specialty camera equipment, our team can detect possible faults in your equipment before they become serious issues. This non-contact scan of your electrical and mechanical systems does not require the shutdown of your equipment. The benefits of this technology are increased safety and reduced downtime.
