Contest Rules
Eligibility: Photos must feature the bike only – no people should appear in the photo.
Disqualification Clause: Submissions that fail to meet the contest guidelines or technical requirements will be disqualified at the discretion of the organizers.
Ownership: Photos must be your personal photos or submitted with express permission from the owner.
Submission Deadline: All photo submissions must be received by June 1, 2025, to be considered for inclusion in the 2026 Acera Insurance Services Ltd. motorcycle calendar.
High-resolution Image Requirement: Photos submitted must be high-quality, landscape-oriented bike photos (300 DPI, minimum 2400×3000 pixels, JPEG/PNG, 5-25 MB) with clear lighting, no branding, and uncluttered backgrounds.
Usage Permission: By submitting photos through this form, you grant express permission for their usage in the publication of the 2026 Acera Insurance Services Ltd. motorcycle calendar.
Reward: All winning participants will receive a complimentary copy of the 2026 calendar, mailed to the address provided.
- If your photo is selected for the calendar, you will be asked to provide a high-resolution image of yourself for inclusion in the calendar.
