Prior to Field Effect, he spent 16 years at the Communications Security Establishment, most recently as Director of the organization’s Advanced Capability Development Centre.

Mouna Hanna
Mouna is the Canadian Chair of her firm’s Cyber, Privacy and Data Protection Group. Mouna represents clients in the private and public sectors in claims involving various cybersecurity incidents, privacy breaches and professional negligence, acting as a breach coach and defence counsel.

Joel Lauzon
