As CEO of Acera Insurance, Lee Rogers is responsible for the overall direction of our nationwide organization. He directly supports and complements our teams across Canada to ensure we place, serve and provide the utmost certainty in the insurance and risk mitigation solutions we offer. Customer experience is not just a phrase; it is everything to Lee and guides his leadership style.

Andrew Kemp is President and Chairman of the board at Acera Insurance, bringing over 35 years of experience with insurance brokerage management and carrier relations. Andrew joined Acera Insurance in 2004 following 19 years with a global insurance brokerage, where he served as a Senior Vice President overseeing the construction and development unit. Currently, he continues to act as a trusted risk advisor supporting his long-term clients in construction, property development and management.
Additionally, Andrew has been serving as Chairman of Canadian Broker Network, an alliance of Canada’s leading independent insurance brokerages, since 2018. He holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation and a Bachelor of Business, Economics, from UBC.

Fayeanne Beattie brings over 25 years of experience within the insurance industry, working for both private and public companies. During that time, she has held various finance positions with insurance carriers and brokerages, including serving as the CFO for the Americas region of Gallagher.
Fayeanne leads the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for Acera Insurance, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital investment opportunities. As a chartered professional accountant, she focuses her financial acumen on growing our business through strategic financial investments in key partnerships and resources.

Tony Fairfield has been in the employee benefits business for over 30 years, starting his career with London Life upon graduating from the University of Calgary with a BA in economics. Prior to his current role, he founded and fostered the growth of Fairfield Watson Inc.
Tony is dedicated to continuing the development of Acera Benefits to ensure it is equipped to meet and exceed the diverse, ever-changing needs of our valuable clients. He is passionate about building long-term, meaningful client and supplier relationships built on trust, honesty and integrity, and is committed to the communities that we serve.
