Acera Insurance is proud to share that our very own Nicole Deitz has been recognized as a Woman of Inspiration.
The honour was bestowed by Girls Inc. of Northern Alberta and Bouchier, who recognized Nicole for “her exceptional leadership, humbleness and dedication.”
Nicole has been the Branch Leader of our Fort McMurray, AB, location since 2016, and was nominated by her local colleagues, who commended “her outstanding ability to empower and support those around her.”
Empowering the next generation of female leaders
The Woman of Inspiration dates back to 2012. The recognition celebrates inspiring women from throughout the Wood Buffalo region in northern Alberta who are a positive role model for young girls in their communities.
When asked what leadership advice she’d give to young women, Nicole said:
“Anyone can be a leader. You just have to be willing to help people along the way and be open to whatever comes your way. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a men’s league; you can still shine.”
