March 19, 2025 — Acera Insurance Services Ltd. is pleased to announce Joseph Carnevale has joined the organization as Regional President, Eastern Canada.
Joseph brings 20 years of experience in the property and casualty space and has an exceptional track record of driving significant growth. He most recently worked as the Area President, GTHA, for Gallagher, where his leadership was instrumental in achieving new business growth for one of the organization’s largest business units.

Throughout his career, Joseph has also volunteered on several boards that support clients and brokers: the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO), Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC), Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), Financial Services Regulatory Authority for Ontario (FSRA) and Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO), where he served as president for three terms.
