As the founding principal of Dominion Group Benefits, Ken brings extensive expertise in group insurance underwriting, administration, plan communication, as well as retirement and annuity products.
In 2024, Dominion Group Benefits joined the Acera Benefits division. Ken now works closely with clients throughout Ontario to create customized employee benefit programs, with a particular focus on supporting businesses in the Hamilton area.
Ken is a firm believer that the most successful businesses are those that invest in their employees. Through Dominion Group Benefits, he has supported more than 120 clients representing thousands of employees from coast to coast. By fostering strong relationships between employers and insurers, Ken has achieved numerous success stories that span over 21 years.
